Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and clearly write your RMA number on the package to ensure efficient processing at our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
